- This tool is intended for use by sales teams of any property owners desiring to rent out space on their premises for events.
- Interactive map for viewing and booking spaces for an individual event. This tool saves on the use of printed layouts and helps customers in the visualization of the spaces by providing an interactive 3D display of each pavilion and its surroundings.
- The 3D pavilion map tool is available in two versions: a tablet and a web version, both of which may be embedded on the event’s website/landing page.
- Choosing a location on the map/choosing a space.
- Selection of options for arranging the hall. The layouts are designed in a two-dimensional format to provide a realistic display and a quick selection from several alternatives for room arrangement.
- Each sketch contains detailed information about the space: dimensions, area, number of seats, lighting, etc.
- The interface allows users to download and print the information regarding their option, generate a sharable link to their option, and/or have the layout and details regarding their option sent via email.
