THE PROJECT:

The FILEUP system is designed to transfer documents directly from customers and external parties directly to any organization, More than that – the documents arrive directly on the computer of the relevant person in the organization to which the client is connected The system allows a direct link between the external parties or the customers to the employees of the organization so that whoever transfers a document – the document goes directly to the employee for whom it is intended in the organization. After the system settings for the customer, he can decide which of the organization’s employees to transfer the document to, each employee can transfer the document to any other employee

The Challenge:

Our first assignment was to create a mobile app for an established web-based accounting platform. The client requested that we maintain the familiar interface design to ensure that their existing clients would not be alienated. We made slight adjustments to the design to create a more cohesive user experience, which received positive feedback from our users. Based on this feedback, we are currently in the process of modernizing the interface design for the second iteration of the platform. The app is designed to facilitate secure exchanges of business accounting reports between clients and their assigned accountants.
